Q: Where do I get my Creator Studio serial number so I can activate my copy of Creator Studio?

A: After you purchase and download Creator Studio an Order Summary will be emailed to you, which contains information about your purchase and the Serial Number for your copy of Creator Studio. The serial number is required to activate Creator Studio. Please be sure to check your Junk mail and or Bulk mail folders for the Order Summary email. A serial number is not required to activate the free trial of Creator Studio.

Q: How can I access and use the Creator Studio Help Files on Windows 7 and Windows Vista?

A: For Windows 7 and Windows Vista, Microsoft has elected to no longer support the Windows Help program. Creator Studio may be used on Windows 7 and Windows Vista without having access to the Creator Studio Help Files. If you prefer to use Creator Studio with access to the Creator Studio Help Files, please follow the instructions below.

To access and use the Creator Studio Help Files on Windows 7 and Windows Vista you will need to download the file WinHelp32.exe from the Microsoft website and install it.
